Getting healthy can be tough to initially start. I know first hand how difficult it is to simply change your mindset on something you've done your entire life. However, I have found the perfect way to kick-off any lifestyle change and that is with a simple fast. I invite you to join me on my personal 15-Day Fasting Challenge March 1 - 15, 2018!
This challenge is very easy and anyone 18 and older can do it! I've personally done this exact fast and have seen tremendous results. It is important to note that I am not a licensed doctor or nutritionist, so please consult with your doctor before the start of this challenge.
